If for any reason whatsoever, the buyer decides to cancel their order or wishes to request a refund or exchange, please contact me and I will be happy to make an agreement with you. Please first read the information regarding order cancellations and the exchange and refund or order error policy, below.
Order cancellation:
Since La Caravane Gitane processes orders quickly, in order to be able to send them to you as quickly as possible. Order cancellations are accepted and must be requested within 12 hours of the time of ordering.
Command error:
For the same reasons stated in Order Cancellation , given that orders are processed by La Caravane Gitane within 12 hours of placing your order. In the event that you have made an error when placing said order. We invite you to contact La Caravane Gitane as soon as possible, ideally 12 hours after placing your order, in order to correct the error. Please understand that this 12 hour deadline is based on the time it takes for La Caravane Gitane to send your package by post for all products in stock.
Exchange or refund request:
Following receipt of your package, you have 7 days to request an exchange or refund.
In the case of a request to exchange an item, all shipping and handling costs for returning the item are at the buyers expense.

Item returned for exchange:
If the item returned for exchange is not in the exact original condition when the item was purchased, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility. In the case of a damaged item returned for exchange, additional costs will be borne by the buyer for the item requested in exchange.
